With a crop of new celebrity ambassadors, Kiehl’s is offering a colorful new way to detoxify your skin while decluttering Mother Earth.
In conjunction with Recycle Across America, the skincare company has partnered with Florence Welch, Mark Ruffalo, Rosario Dawson and more to create limited-edition jars of Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque ($23), sales of which will promote earth awareness at K-12 schools.
Starting in April, the celeb-approved product will feature labels designed by each personality. Our favorite is Mark “Bedroom Eyes” Ruffalo’s, whose image depicts a teardrop-shaped earth representing his own green initiative, Water Defense.
As for the masque itself, Kiehl’s secret ingredient is Amazonian White Clay, a mineral rich sediment that removes dirt, oil and the dead cells that can enlarge pores. So whether you buy a jar to save the world, express your love for Mark Ruffalo, or just to minimize those pores, it’s worth those $23.
