PARIS—Visions of Fabergé eggs danced in my head as Olivier Rousteing’s second collection for Balmain marched down the runway yesterday. The young designer was apparently inspired by the valuable Russian trinkets—and cowboys, a less literal reference (unless we’re talking very fancy, very sparkly cowboys). Highlights? Joan Small’s leather turtleneck, Arizona’s pale pink suit embroidered with pearls and the painted floral details on looks one and four. Click here to see the whole collection!
