Margherita Missoni, the granddaughter of the founders of Missoni and the house’s brand ambassador, married Italian race car driver Eugenio Amos in the small town of Brunello in Italy over the weekend.
She wore two versions of the same Giambattista Valli couture gown for the occasion—one in white Missoni silk and organza, embellished with embroidery and flower appliques, for the church ceremony (worn with a tiara and veil), and one in blush pink for the reception held at the grounds of her mother’s house (worn with a floral headpiece).
The reception was described as Felliniesque, with a gypsy band playing and acrobats; Carine Roitfeld, who attended along with Mario Testino, Valli, Charlotte Olympia Dellal, Dasha Zhukova, and Mark Ronson, reportedly even dressed as a gypsy.
